Overview

At Alto Capital, we don’t finance just any project, we fund great real estate investment opportunities across the United States.

In the world of private money lending, everyone promises speed and flexibility, but few truly deliver. We go beyond fast approvals to provide tailored private real estate loans designed to fit your investment strategy and eliminate stress.

Draw & Construction Process

Alto Capital funds renovation and construction work through milestone-based draws. On fix and flip loans, renovation funds are released in draws tied to completed milestones: the borrower submits documentation such as photos, invoices, and inspection results, and funds are disbursed after the work is verified.

On ground-up construction loans, draws follow the standard building phases (foundation, framing, rough-in, and final inspection), with on-site inspections used when needed and what Alto describes as fast draw approvals.

Both programs are advertised to close in 10 to 14 days. Alto does not publish a specific per-draw funding turnaround, such as a set number of hours or days from request to wire, so investors should confirm draw timing directly.

For construction loans, inspections are described as on-site rather than virtual, which is worth factoring into remote project timelines.
