Overview

Our Founder’s mother was retired and living on a modest social security income. She was earning low, single-digit returns on her bank certificate of deposits and stock investment funds. In an effort to improve her retirement years, our Founder used his experience and knowledge as a former managing director for a New York investment banking firm to find the ideal alternative investments. He was drawn to private real estate investments through three major factors: Control of the Investment, High Yield Return, Considerable Personal Experience Within Real Estate

Our mission is to provide our accredited investors with a well informed, above average returns on investments in real estate-backed loans. We are committed to building wealth based upon a steady and well thought out analysis of risk.

As a private money lender, Soviero Capital has been funding the local south Florida, and beyond, small business markets over the past 40+ years in business. With a trusted and proven process, we’ve created an incredible environment for successful investments with <0.3% charge-off’s on our loans.

Through extensive due diligence, we’re able to approve many unique loan candidates with confidence while also ensuring our investors get the high-yield returns they desire.

Draw & Construction Process

Our thorough and unbiased due diligence process is at the core of all transactions.  We are led by a former Assistant County Attorney, investment banker, and current real estate law practitioner to ensure compliance for the company and security for our accredited investors.

 

We are able to provide our investors with above average returns through investing in projects and borrowers that conventional lenders may not.  We mitigate risk through our proven due diligence process, which has yielded less than 0.3% charge-off’s over our 40 year history.

 

We believe in explaining all aspects of real estate investments for both the seasoned and newfound accredited investor.  Our managing members are always available. Our monthly investor statements are concise and easy to understand.

 

Our firm has been participating in the Florida real estate market as an investor, lender, and landlord for over 40 years.  We are familiar with all of the submarkets, laws, and local regulations that apply to all of our activities.  We hire local legal counsel when investing outside of Florida. We also engage licensed realtors, licensed construction professionals, and other consultants as necessary.
