Lenderly is a free online marketplace that connects real estate investors with private and hard-money lenders specializing in construction-friendly loan products. Lenderly is operated by MicDrop Agency d/b/a Lenderly (“Lenderly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our website is located at lenderly.co.
Lenderly is not a lender. We do not originate, fund, or service loans. We connect you with third-party lenders who do.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit lenderly.co or interact with us.

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties.
Information you give us
When you submit a form on lenderly.co, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include:

Your phone number
Your state of residence or project location
Your company name (if applicable)
Information about your real estate investment project, including project type, loan amount, project timeline, and investor experience level
Any message or notes you choose to include
We collect this information through forms including, but not limited to: deal submission forms (“Submit a Deal”), partner interest forms, contact forms, and email subscription forms (“Get Lender Updates”).
Information we collect automatically
When you visit lenderly.co, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:

Device type
Pages visited and time spent on each page
Referring website
Date and time of visit
Actions taken on the site (such as filter selections, button clicks, and scroll depth)

Information from third parties

Match your project inquiry with appropriate lenders listed on our directory
Share your project inquiry with one or more lenders so they can contact you about financing your project (this is the core service Lenderly provides)
Send you transactional communications (such as confirmations of your submission)
Send you marketing communications, such as our newsletter, lender spotlights, and educational content (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Respond to your inquiries and support requests
Analyze website usage and improve user experience
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
Comply with legal obligations
How we share your information
The core function of Lenderly is to connect borrowers with lenders. By submitting a Submit a Deal form or similar inquiry form, you understand and agree that your information will be shared with one or more lenders who may be able to fund your project.
We share information in the following circumstances:
With lenders. When you submit a deal inquiry, we share the information you provide with one or more lenders listed on Lenderly. The lender may contact you directly to discuss your project. Once shared, the lender’s use of your information is governed by that lender’s own privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to review the lender’s policies before engaging with them.
With service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the site, including hosting providers, email service providers, customer relationship management (CRM) software (such as HubSpot), analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta). These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes we direct.
With affiliates. We may share information with our affiliates and parent companies, including ByldTech Inc., for the purposes described in this policy.
For legal reasons. We may share information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lenderly, our users, or others.
In a business transaction. If Lenderly or its parent or affiliates is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the services described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry information shared with lenders may be retained by those lenders independent of any deletion request you make to Lenderly.
Data security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the internet will be free from unauthorized access.
Children’s privacy
Lenderly is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact hello@lenderly.co and we will delete it.
International users
Lenderly is operated from the United States. If you access lenderly.co from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Third-party links
Lenderly contains links to third-party websites, including lender profiles and external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Review the privacy policies of any site you visit through a Lenderly link.
