Draw & Construction Process

Provide some details about your company and your deal. Get your property insurance in place and set your closing date. Our Loan Processor will assist with the steps to get your deal closed quickly!

When all due diligence is completed, our Loan Processor will let you know if your deal is ready for the closing table! If there are any issues with insurance, title or BPO you will be advised.

Soon after closing our Draw Manager will reach out and introduce you to our Draw Process. The Draw Manager will be with you throughout your project to ensure that you have the funds you need to get your project done on time!

REI Funding Partners offers investor loans for single family, multi family and commercial property across Alabama. We work with both residential and commercial property investors to fund new purchases and refinances. Our in-house funding & lender network use underwriting criteria based on the individual merits of each loan request, not on applicants’ past credit history. Any loan application will be considered that is backed by a non-owner occupied property.
