Draw & Construction Process

    Submit our Quick Application form online and a loan officer will reach out to learn more about your project and investment goals.
  2. Project Breakdown
    We’ll look at the full picture of your project including purchase price, construction costs, rental income, and your experience to see if it’s a good fit for our lending criteria.
  3. Term Sheet
    If the deal checks out, your loan officer will provide you with a term sheet with our best rates and terms for your project.
  4. Loan Closing
    After all the necessary documents are collected and the property title is clear, you can close on the property and begin your project.
  5. Construction
    Begin work on the property! If your loan includes draws, funds are released after each verified project milestone.
  6. Payoff
    When construction is done, sell or refinance.
